Dear Father Perez,

We are in full communion with the Pope and the Vatican on the apostolic succession and the consecrator of Bishop Ralph has celebrated a mass of reconciliation with Pope John Paul II in the Vatican. He also has part of his bishop's succession line of the Chaldean and Old Catholic church. As we follow the Anglican-Catholic tradition our clergy and lay members are free to marry or to serve God in voluntary blessed celibacy, as Paul instructed us also, and therefore, celibacy was never anchored in canon law but made compulsory as a pre-condition to priesthood. Bishop Ralph is very happy to answer any questions regarding the communion in more detail. Thank you so much for asking.
